L’Oréal

L’Oréal Group’s office design concept translates the world of beauty into an immersive brand environment. Rather than treating the workplace as a neutral setting, the design uses curated photography, refined materials, reflective surfaces, and a rich visual language to create a space closely connected to fashion, cosmetics, and self-expression.

Across the office, each area is defined by its own color identity to support zoning, orientation, and a clear sense of place. The feature walls draw inspiration from recognizable beauty references and the gold identity of the L’Oréal logo, translating them into layered compositions of image, tone, typography, and reflection. One of the central brand walls integrates L’Oréal’s core values alongside imagery and color fields, turning the values into part of the visual and spatial narrative. Another composition combines portraits and product imagery with makeup-inspired palettes, creating a balanced and expressive visual language.

In one of the open-space areas, rows of circular mirror elements form a soft gradient, referencing vanity mirrors and the intimate rituals of beauty and self-care. A further ceiling-suspended installation takes inspiration from perfume bottles: layered semi-transparent forms in varying sizes and tones create depth, rhythm, and subtle movement. In the cafeteria, the design continues the language of the existing tiles, creating visual continuity and a natural flow within the space.

Together, these designs create a cohesive environment – refined, colorful, expressive, and with a natural flow between materials and colors.
